Kentucky Emergency Waiver Extension

Kentucky is temporarily waiving the requirements of the hours of service, weigh station stops, overweight/over-dimensional permit fees, and IRP registration requirements for commercial vehicles providing relief services and vital supplies to areas affected by severe weather until Sept. 18, 2022.
