The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) will have its 2020 Trucking Safety Summit virtually on Wednesday, August 5, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., eastern time. There will be eight sessions to discuss various topics of the transportation industry. Each session requires its own registration, here.

The summit will have guest speakers from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) as well as panelists from other organizations in each session. There will be a brief public comment period in the afternoon. If you wish to speak during this time, be sure to register for the Open Forum Session on the registration page.

Drivers, motor carriers, federal and state partners, safety advocacy groups, and the general public are invited to this event to provide information on how to improve safety operations for commercial motor vehicles.
